Native Workflow Kit Plan
This proposal has been promoted into the HudsonKit engineering note:
Keep this file only as a pointer so the proposal folder does not drift from the
accepted engineering-note trail. The important correction is that HudsonWorkflow
should establish web/native parity around the flat JSON / portable workflow /
native WorkflowDefinition shape before app-specific adapters are added.
